You can choose between:
Studio Room
- Sleeps 2 (King or a King bed which splits into two singles).
- Ensuite bathroom.
- Kitchenette with plates, bowls, glasses cutlery etc.,toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave (No oven/stove-top).
- A portable BBQ is available to rent, upon request, if required (subject to availability).
- Patio with ocean views.
- On-site parking available. (Studios have uncovered parking close to the Studio.)
- Non-smoking, non-vaping.
Villas: One, Two or Three Bedroom Apartment
- One bedroom – Sleep 2 (king only)
- Two bedrooms – Sleeps 4 (king and a king which splits into 2 singles)
- Three bedrooms – Sleeps 6 (king and 2 kings which split into 2 / 4 singles)
The Villas (middle and top floor) have a fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area and lounge on the middle floor.
Stacker doors which open up the full width of the Villa onto a balcony with table and chairs with spectacular uninterrupted views of the Karikari Peninsula and Pacific Ocean.
Master and 2nd bedrooms upstairs on the top floor.
Portacots are available for any under 2 year olds free of charge.
All Villas and Studios have free access to Wi-Fi, Sky TV and/or Smart TVs. Doubtless Bay Villas is a non-smoking/vaping site. (Smoking/vaping may be done at least 10m from any Villa).
(Some Villas are configured with 3 singles beds (or 1 x single and 1 x King as required) in the 2nd bedroom for families with 3 children or adult(s)/child rooming together. Please ring and book directly on 09 406 1260 if you wish to book these Villas (subject to availability). There is a small extra cost on top of the 2 bedroom rate).
Please note: There are stairs down to the Studio room from the middle floor and stairs up to the bedrooms in the Villa.
