Accommodation in Leigh NZ
Our accommodation has 4 bedrooms, and a large, open, fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area that sprawls out onto a 160 sqm deck and a smaller hot tub deck.
The lawn is a perfect fit for back yard cricket or soccer. The bespoke swings overlooking the farm and sea are perfect for kids or a romantic moment with wine in hand.
There are BBQ cooking facilities on the deck. This space is a great place for family or friends to escape the city and make memories together.
The house can sleep a maximum of 10 people.
The 4 bedrooms are made up as follows:
- Bed 1: Californian King + ensuite
- Bed 2: Queen bed
- Bed 3: Queen bed
- Bed 4: 1 x bunk bed + 2 squab mattresses.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The main bathroom has a large tiled shower. The house has a separate toilet. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine.
We have chickens who lay eggs daily which you are welcome to help yourself to.
In the winter, the house is heated by a large wood burner in the main living area of the house.

About Vanderosa Farms
Vanderosa Farms boasts vast open spaces and breathtaking views. Perched 300 metres above sea level on a ridgeline, it overlooks Pakiri Beach and the Pacific Ocean, making you feel like you’re on top of the world.
Located just over an hour from Auckland CBD, it’s the perfect setting to create lasting memories.
As you journey down the concrete driveway, an expansive lawn overlooking the scenery awaits, creating an idyllic setting for your occasion. Welcoming you further along are the magnificent bespoke barn doors, signaling the start of an elegant country experience. Inside, large slider doors showcase the ocean view, offering a stunning backdrop from any angle, while the event space comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests.
A sprawling deck extends from the building’s front, providing a charming spot for guests to gather around bar leaners before the reception. Additionally, there’s room for a winter fire pit on one side of the building, perfect for evening celebrations.
The venue serves as a perfect canvas for your decoration preferences or can be left in its natural beauty.
Catering can be arranged from a local food truck service, and there’s no corkage fee for alcohol.
