Waitangi Holiday Park is the most centrally located accommodation in the Bay of Islands. Just a 20-minute flat walk along Te Ti Bay beach will bring you to the heart of Paihia Township, a hub for all the region’s tourist attractions.
Only 5-10 minutes away on foot are the iconic Waitangi Treaty Grounds, a must-visit historical site. For boating enthusiasts, the park is conveniently located right next to the boat ramp.
Our spacious, flat campsites are nestled along the scenic banks of the Waitangi River, ideal for tent camping, with plenty of hard sites available for motorhomes and caravans.
The park is just a short walk from the supermarket, service station, Te Ti Beach, and various bush walks, as well as the Waitangi Golf Course. For adventure seekers, the Waitangi Mountain Bike Trail and a visit to historic Russell are among the highlights of Northland. Make time for sailing, dolphin and whale watching, or a boat trip through the famous Hole in the Rock. A visit to Cape Reinga and 90-Mile Beach should definitely be on your itinerary.
Pets are welcome by request on campsites (not in cabins), with an additional charge.

These powered sites are situated near the water’s edge, offering scenic views of the Waitangi River. Ideal for motorhomes, campervans, and caravans, some sites even feature hardstands to accommodate winter weather.
