Situated up in the hills, close to the Kaukapakapa Village, A Deer Cottage overlooks the Kaipara Harbour, one of the largest harbours in the World, which covers 947 square kilometres of exposed mudflats and sandflats at low tide.
Kaukapakapa is on the alternative State Highway 16 route to Northland and the Bay of Islands but we also have the luxury of being just a mere 15 minutes from the Silverdale interchange and only 46.7 kilometres from the Auckland CBD.
