Our Standard Studio units are versatile space’s designed for your comfort and convenience. The studio’s, are all located on the ground floor and feature a separate kitchen and bathroom, offering an ideal setting for your stay.

Standard 1 Bedroom

Our spacious and newly redecorated standard 1 bedroom unit is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The unit has a separate bedroom and bathroom for added privacy and convenience. A 4th person can be accommodated by converting the 2-seater sleeper couch into a single bed. The kitchen in this unit is also separate from all other area’s of the unit, and of a good size, with plenty of room to dine for up to 4 people.

Superior 1 Bedroom

Experience the comfort, convenience, and outlook of our superior one-bedroom units, with either your own private garden on the ground floor or an inner harbour water view from the upstairs unit. These newly renovated king and queen one-bedroom units can accommodate up to 3 adults comfortably, as they have king single beds in the main room, separate to the bedroom. They also have a sleeper couch to accommodate a 4th person if required.

Superior 2 Bedroom

Experience the ultimate in comfort with our superior two-bedroom apartment style units designed to accommodate up to 4 people. These spacious, newly redecorated upstairs units offer a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, along with a super king-sized bed in the main lounge room. These rooms enjoy all day sunlight.

This generous 62 sqm air-conditioned waterfront apartment, with beach access and secure off street parking, has recently been renovated and is absolutely stunning. The spacious northeast facing interior and open plan living, captures a gorgeous uninterrupted outlook over the Tauranga Harbour. This light filled living space extends gracefully to a northeast facing balcony with its very own steps running down to the water. Ideal for enjoying the water views a metre from your deck or cooling off in the inner harbour off your own private beach access.

Family Three-Bedroom Apartment

Introducing our largest room, our Family Three Bedroom apartment. This spacious and newly redecorated upstairs apartment-style unit is perfect for accommodating up to 6 adults. This versatile unit offers a Master Super King bedroom, and two other bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a queen bed. With a large lounge, sperate dining area and large kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and an oven, you have everything you need to cater for your family or group.

All Super King beds can be split into two single beds. We are happy to be flexible for sleeping requirements for families or groups where required. Portacot and highchair are available for toddlers.
