This was such a cute and unique place to stay! Super clean and tidy and had everything we needed. You can watch the sunrise from the top of the freezer truck and see the cows nearby. The bath was such a nice addition also. Feeling very relaxed and revitalised, would definitely stay again! Cheers!

Would highly recommend âEmilyâsâ. This is a must if you are looking for intimate and quirky accomodation with tonnes of character and rural charm.
There are plenty of places to relax and unwind on the property – including a secure seated area on top of the truck (perfect for stargazing) and a hot bath on the private veranda. All of the ammenities were spotless, and the rooms were warm, cozy, pristine and full of character. It is not far from KaikÅura township but away from the hustle and bustle. A perfect central point for visiting the Åhau seal colony which is not far down the road or KaikÅura township for food and a stroll along the coast. Thereâs a lot to do in the area and Emilyâs is a great base. Thank you Mike and Susie-Lee for the excellent stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be highly recommending this property to friends and family.
