Cruise on the iconic 70 year old Kewpie shes been lovingly restored and is Tauranga’s original harbour cruise boat.
Say on board or get dropped off and spend an hour or a day on the beautiful island of Matakana. This is an idyllic beach visit. Beautiful beach walks, fishing, swimming and picnics are popular.
Please note Matakana Island drop off is available on the 11am or 12pm cruise subject to weather and sea conditions. This is at the skippers discretion.
Scenic features of our cruise include:
- The Statue of Tangaroa
- A diversity of landscapes from untouched white sandy beaches, lush green forests, islands and small village settlements, contrasted by the massive highly developed port infrastructure.
- Occasionally you may see some seasonal wildlife on your cruise like blue penguins, sea birds or NZ fur seals.
