For hosted B&B guests you have access to a lovely spacious superior double bedroom with a seating area in your bedroom and private out-door patio area directly from the french style doors that lead out from your bedroom. Tea and coffee (and hot chocolate) facilities are also in your bedroom and a mini fridge with complimentary snacks free to enjoy during your stay. We offer breakfast inclusive and exclusive rates.
Please note as per our website: The main house is however not open for B&B guest use and there is no access to the kitchen for cooking. There is a microwave, cutlery plates etc available for guest use and we can also organise laundry to be done if required. Each bedroom has lovely views from the private patios. Other features include central heating, flat screen TV free wireless broadband internet and use of the large outside deck, outdoor Jacuzzi and ample car parking. We are set in a peaceful location, 5 minutes drive out of Queenstown.
When hired as a Holiday Home the property can accommodate 8 Adults and 2 children. It comprises of 4 bedrooms. The first is an upstairs luxurious very spacious upstairs deluxe room with panoramic views as well as three superior downstairs rooms that have direct garden access. Each is tastefully decorated in soft neutral tones, has a king or queen bed, each has a tiled ensuite bathroom with feature slipper bath, quality linen, bathrobes, toiletries, TV/Freeview, wireless internet, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and outdoor furniture.
An outdoor spa pool positioned to take full advantage of the view completes the setting. Other features include central heating, Flatscreen TV/Freeview, wireless internet, outdoor gas barbeque, drying room, full laundry facilites and ample car parking.
An amazing base for your winter ski holiday with Coronet Peak only 15 minutes away from you front door, 40 minutes from The Remarkables Ski Field, and 50 minutes from Cardrona Ski Field with all fields offering tremendous scope for skiers and boarders.
